We have good news and less good news
First, the good news! We are fully operating and shipping as normal before COVID-19 hit us. Of course, we took sanitation very seriously before and continue to do so now.
*LOCAL- We are experiencing mostly on-time delivery in the U.S. The greatest thing to watch for is people stealing packages. Make sure that you are home or at the office when your tracking notification tells you of the estimated time of delivery. It is the customers responsibility to put in the correct delivery address and to update their address should they move. If you do not see your package and it is marked as delivered, immediately call your local post office as that is the quickest way to recover your package.
We ship all orders same day or next business day if orders are received after 12MST.
Please note that before COVID-19 we had a strict return policy due to sanitation reasons. As you can imagine, we still have the same return policy. If you would like to read about our return policy click here.
Now for the less good news,
*INTERNATIONAL- Due to COVID-19 all products medically related have priority when shipping through customs. This means that while MBL shipped your order within 48 hours, this does not mean that those packages will take priority when going to other countries. This may cause unexpected delays which are completely out of My Brand Lashes control. It is up to the customer to communicate with the shipping service once they receive their order tracking number. Areas that seem to have the slowest delivery time at this time are Canada and Australia.
As always, we want you to have your order as much as you want to have your order, we are doing everything on our end to make that happen! Any delays are because of shipping delays and not on behalf of My Brand Lashes.
