At the end of the day, the only thing that will make a difference with your clients and your business is you.

If you are struggling with finding new clients, keeping clients, if you have clients that you don’t like on your books, your work is not up to par, you aren’t making enough revenue, etc.. that's a reflection of you.

At the end of your day ask yourself:

  • Did I do my 100% for each client today?
  • Am I giving myself enough time?
  • Could I improve my sanitation?
  • Would I have been happy with the service I provided?
  • Are there any skills that I need to work on improving?

Take full accountability for everything in your business so that you can easily see where you can work to grow and improve. If you are feeling stuck and don’t see an area for improvement, ask for critiques from your friends, colleagues, and clients. Just be sure to remember that critiques aren't just attacking your character, it's an opportunity to become better. Feedback is your friend.
