Here's a secret. The slow season doesn't have to hurt your business if you have a plan!
As we ease into the approaching slower season, we're excited to share our game-changing strategies to not only boost your studio sales but also create a reason for your clients to keep CONSISTENTLY coming back for more!
This is part of my strategy that keeps both my personal clientele and the 10 artists at my 2 salon locations booked out. Other parts of my strategy will be shared in other posts
STRATEGY 3.0: Offer a referral program
EXAMPLES:
-Reach out to existing clients and offer a discount on their next fill when they refer someone. New client receives a discount on a new full set of lashes.
-Anytime someone refers someone to you they get $10 off their fill and their new friend will also get $10 off their initial price. *Only give the discounts AFTER their friend gets the full set.
-Give a flyer to the ladies at your favorite coffee hut that says anyone who works there can get a discount price on lash services.
PRO TIP: Only pay or give the referral discount AFTER their referral has come to their appointment and paid for the service.
