Sit down and write out your boundaries. Don’t base them off of any specific client, base them off how you want your dream business to run. Imagine your dream boss and your dream work environment.

• Your dream boss doesn’t call or text you after hours.
• Your dream boss doesn’t make you show up for work and not pay you.
• Your dream boss wouldn't hire you part-time and give you a full-time workload.
• Your dream boss wouldn't let the customers treat you poorly
• Your dream boss gives you paid time off, holidays and sick leave.
